My Story

I have dedicated much of my life to changing the lives of others, something I have always been extremely passionate about. I have been an athlete my entire life, including playing collegiate soccer at East Stroudsburg University, as team captain. I have over 15 years of experience in the Health and Fitness Profession, and I am former gym owner as well. I am a Professional Lifestyle Coach and have certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition & Wellness Consulting.

At the age of 42, I was not feeling myself, as I was not happy, physically or mentally. At this point, I knew I had to make a change, so that I could feel happy, balanced and fulfilled again. I hired a fitness coach, who guided me in changing my nutrition, workouts and also helped me work on having a positive mindset.

At the age of 44, I chose to become a Figure Competitor, a sport in which I have fallen in love with. This is not a goal many people desire, but it has always been a secret goal of mine, for as long as I remember. However, the negative voices of self-doubt were often in my head. I am proud to say, that with a few lifestyle changes, I was able to reach that goal and will continue to compete in the future. One thing I learned, is to never, ever give up on any goal you have. You can be, do and have anything you dream!
